High output is achieved with a 1.05mm square large-area chip. The 6SVG series offers five types of high-output products with wavelengths of 365nm, 375nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm. The 6SMG series offers two types of high-output products with wavelengths of 365nm and 385nm. These are suitable for light sources for sensors, light sources for light curing devices, light sources for exposure machines, light sources for air purifiers, and light sources for medical/bio testing, among others. Applications/Examples of results
This is a venture company established in April 2000 in collaboration with the Institute of Nitride Semiconductors at Tokushima University. It successfully developed the world's first high-efficiency UV-LED at 350nm and announced and manufactured three wavelengths of UV-LED at 375nm, 370nm, and 365nm from the following year. UV-LEDs are mainly used as light sources for sensors such as banknote identification machines, as light sources for chemical reactions to cure resins, and as light sources for air purifiers in combination with photocatalysts.
