Production of diverse and variable products through kit-based manufacturing is possible. The facilities include a climate-controlled floor, surface mount machines (chip mounters), board appearance inspection equipment, lead-free solder-compatible nitrogen atmosphere reflow ovens, 3D X-ray automatic inspection equipment, and rework equipment. ■ PCB Assembly - Completely segregated eutectic (lead-containing) / lead-free lines We utilize point flow soldering equipment, solder baths, large board-compatible cell pallet automatic soldering equipment, PCB coating equipment, and press-fit connector insertion equipment. ■ Equipment Assembly - High-reliability work by certified professionals Assembly and wiring work for unit products are performed. ■ Equipment Inspection - Quality assurance in accordance with international standards Electrical characteristic tests, electrical inspections, and shipping inspections are conducted.
