basic information
【High Strength】 The tensile strength is equivalent to eight times that of steel of the same weight and three times that of glass, polyester, or nylon, significantly contributing to weight reduction. 【Fatigue Resistance】 Generally, high-strength fibers experience significant strength degradation due to abrasion, bending, and stretching, but Technora exhibits excellent fatigue resistance. 【Dimensional Stability】 Due to its rigid molecular structure and highly oriented molecular form, it has high elasticity, low creep, and low stress relaxation, as well as a low thermal shrinkage and expansion coefficient, resulting in excellent dimensional stability. 【Heat Resistance】 The decomposition start temperature is approximately 500°C. It shows more than half the strength at room temperature even at 250°C, and can withstand prolonged use at 200°C.
