In "plate processing," we introduce high-precision products that meet the requirements of a width of 3 mm, a depth of 10 mm, with a surface roughness of 3S on both the bottom and sides of the groove, and a positional tolerance of ±20 microns. 【Features】 ○ Size → Plate surface processing for plates approximately 30 mm thick and 500×800 mm in size, accommodating drilling and milling. ○ Flatness Guidelines → For a 15 mm thick aluminum plate sized 300×400 mm, the flatness is 20 to 30 microns (this can vary significantly depending on the processing details, so please inquire separately). ○ Upon request, we can also assist with annealing (heat treatment) to eliminate internal stress in the materials, pursuing better flatness and parallelism in the products.
