Infinite expressions are possible with combinations of colors, patterns, and more.
We create products with a variety of designs by combining machining processes (pressing, die cutting, hairline finishing, sandblasting) and surface treatment processes (anodizing, printing, etching) on aluminum plates.

basic information
Aluminum forms a thin oxide film when left exposed to air. This naturally formed film is very thin and can corrode depending on the usage environment. The process of immersing aluminum in an electrolyte and applying current to form an aluminum oxide film on the surface is called anodizing. By performing anodizing, one can achieve corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and insulation properties. The type of electrolyte used affects the shape and color of the oxide film formed on the surface, so it must be selected according to the intended application. In general, using sulfuric acid solution results in a straw-like film, and by using specialized dyes to color it, various colored aluminum products can be created.
