The precision liquid supply system "CEM" (Controlled Evaporation and Mixing) using vapor control is an innovative liquid supply system (LDS) applicable to both atmospheric and vacuum processes. The vapor generation system consists of a liquid flow regulator, MFC for carrier gas, a temperature-controlled mixing valve, and an evaporation unit. The system can accommodate liquid flow rates from 0.25 to 1200 g/h, resulting in the production of saturated vapor flows from 50 mln/min to 100 ln/min.
