◆◇◆Sample experiments and demo unit rentals available◆◇◆ The CTS-49 is an ultrasonic thickness gauge with waveform display and coating cancellation features. The measurement range is from 0.5mm to 600mm, with a resolution of 0.01mm. It can accommodate a wide range of materials, including metals and non-metals. The split-type probe is ideal for corrosion and thinning inspections. There is also a model with B-scan functionality to meet various needs (CTS-59). ● Thickness measurement is easy for anyone (simple operation by just placing the probe on the target) ● The main unit has a compact design of 105mm × 180mm × 42mm and weighs 600g ● It can measure both thickness and sound velocity with a single unit ● Calibration is easy with the included reference plate ● Thickness measurement is possible for non-metal materials such as glass, ceramics, and plastics, in addition to metals ● Suitable for corrosion and thinning inspections ● A-scan (waveform) display is possible ● B-scan display is available (only for CTS-59) ● Equipped with a backlight for measurements in dark places ● Measurement data can be saved up to 10,000 points (CTS-59 can save up to 20,000 points) ● Data transfer to a PC is possible using the included software
