SynQor's MilCOTS provides field-proven high-efficiency synchronous rectifier technology for the defense and aerospace industries. It features relatively low-cost off-the-shelf MIL-spec compliant products, application of industry-standard product configurations, fixed switching frequency application, and generous component derating. The converters achieve high efficiency and high power density with extremely low heat generation. Derating in high-temperature ranges is minimal. For DC28V input, a DEMI brick with dimensions of 39mm x 39mm and 50W output is also available. SynQor products comply with the DOSA standard.
