W (Double) Separate Type New Model Constant Temperature Water Circulation Device [Indoor Management]
MIT-601-0-12 model, MIT-601-0-13 model, MIT-601-0-14 model
A new constant temperature water circulation device with the controller and heat exchange tank separated from the main unit!
The previous constant temperature water circulation devices had the operation and measurement panel located on the outdoor equipment body, making it difficult to notice equipment troubles or water temperature abnormalities. Additionally, it was necessary to go outside to set the operation. Marui's new constant temperature water circulation device is designed to separate the controller from the equipment body, allowing it to be installed indoors. This enables operation management within the testing room and allows for quick detection of any troubles through the equipped alarm buzzer and abnormality lamp. Furthermore, the temperature control and circulation of the conditioning tank are carried out by a "heat exchange tank" that is separated from the equipment body, preventing the clogging of calcium carbonate in the equipment piping as seen in conventional models. Additionally, features have been added to reduce the adhesion of calcium carbonate to the heat exchange coils and circulation pump, thereby minimizing the effort required for coil cleaning and enhancing usability.

JIS A 1132: "How to Prepare Test Specimens for Concrete Strength Testing"
Detailed information
-
Indoor operation management is possible with no calcium carbonate clogging in the piping thanks to the "W (Double) Separate Type"! Marui's new constant temperature water circulation device is designed to separate the controller from the main unit, allowing it to be installed indoors. This enables operation management within the testing room, and the equipped alarm buzzer and abnormal lamp allow for quick detection of any potential issues. Additionally, temperature control and circulation of the conditioning tank are performed by a "heat exchange tank" that is separated from the main unit, preventing calcium carbonate from clogging the equipment piping as seen in conventional systems.
-
Reduce the adhesion of calcium carbonate to heat exchange coils. By adding a function to blow air into the conditioning tank, calcium carbonate is pre-solidified and precipitated, reducing adhesion to the heat exchange coils and circulation pumps, thereby minimizing the effort required for coil cleaning.
-
The heat exchange tank can be easily disassembled, making maintenance easy! The heat exchange coils and submersible pump inside the heat exchange tank can be easily disassembled and cleaned. Additionally, maintenance of each device can be easily performed from the front door of the main unit.
