This is a 2.5D CAM for machining that responds to the requests of the processing site with simple operations and is packed with know-how. - Contour Processing: NC data for contour processing can be created based on contour lines and cross-section lines. - Camber Processing: NC data for grooves and pipe shapes can be created based on spine lines and cross-section lines. - Ruled Processing: NC data can be created that smoothly connects the space between two cross-section lines with straight lines. - Rotational Body Processing: NC data can be created by rotating the cross-section line around a specified axis by an arbitrary angle. - Helical Processing: NC data can be created to process the contour shape in a helical manner. - Chamfer Processing: Processing data for chamfering using ball end mills or chamfering tools can be created based on the contour lines. - Simulation: The created trajectory can be verified with various functions through 3D trajectory display and the outline display of cutting results. - Post-processing: Sample post files from many machine tool manufacturers are standardly equipped. *To use this, a license for both Camest 2D CAD and Machining 2D CAM is required.
