The work posture for supplying parts from pallets and component boxes in the machining and assembly processes is quite harsh due to the height fluctuations, making it a significant improvement challenge in the manufacturing work environment. To address this issue, we are developing an air-operated box leveler utilizing our technology as an air lifter manufacturer, controlled by air pressure. Additionally, by combining it with a new type of balance box for the leveler, the height for retrieving and supplying parts can remain constant, providing a safe working environment that prevents lower back pain. The adoption of the air method allows for a highly safe locking mechanism at the upper and lower ends and the adjustment of load fluctuations, which could not be achieved with conventional spring-type levelers, significantly improving work efficiency. If the load is light, our air lifter can be used directly (the lifter's top plate can be processed directly).
