JIS A 6909 allows for the temperature cycling test of finishing materials for construction!

This is a device that can perform the "Temperature Cycle Test" for architectural finishing materials as specified in JIS A 6909. It can also be used for the "Air-Freeze Water-Thaw Method" test in JIS A 1435 "Test Methods for Freeze-Thaw of Exterior Building Materials." Additionally, it is capable of conducting "Wet-Dry Cycle Tests" as an optional application. It features an energy-saving design that reduces heat loss and power consumption with its unique structure. Maintenance considerations have also been taken into account. 【Features】 - During "Immersion": The unique upper and lower dual-tank structure allows constant temperature water to circulate from the lower water tank, eliminating heat loss. - During "Cooling": Warm water naturally falls back from the test tank to the water tank, saving energy in the circulation process. - The fan motor for cold air circulation is external, reducing troubles and making maintenance easy. - Easy operation with a touch panel. - Peace of mind with a self-diagnosis function in case of trouble. - Direct circulation structure achieves stable temperature distribution.
