Processing agent 'Genki' that rapidly improves biological treatment functions - Presentation of explanatory materials.
【Limited to 10 people: Gift of explanatory materials!】A treatment agent that rapidly improves biological treatment functions.
In the aerobic biological treatment of wastewater treatment facilities, various problems involving microorganisms arise. The biological treatment improvement agent "Genki" was developed to solve such problems in a short time. The highly effective biological treatment improvement agent "Genki" works quickly for both activated sludge treatment and biofilm treatment. We will present detailed explanatory materials about it to 10 limited recipients. 【Features】 ○ Demonstrates significant effectiveness against the following problems that are difficult to address with conventional formulations: → Decreased treatment function due to thickening and clogging of carriers in biofilm treatment → Various issues with activated sludge treatment that cannot be improved in a short time → Membrane fouling in MBR (Membrane Bioreactor) For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

basic information
**About the Biological Treatment Improvement Agent "Genki"** ○ Types → One type as a powder formulation: "Genki P" → Two types as liquid formulations: "Genki L" and "Genki G/L" ○ Components → Each formulation contains a newly developed component called OSSC (Organic Substances and Salts Complex) → No chemical synthetic drugs are used ○ Features → Works quickly with a small amount and is highly effective → "A small amount" means continuously adding at a concentration of less than 1 mg/L → "Works quickly" means that effects are visible as early as one day, and at the latest, within one week → "Highly effective" means that changes are clearly observable through visual inspection and measurement data ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Founded in 2010, our corporate message is "Clean the Earth's Water!" We develop, manufacture, and sell innovative formulations called "Genki," which lead to solutions for various problems faced by wastewater treatment (biological treatment) facilities around the world. "Genki" is used in wastewater treatment facilities of various Japanese companies. It not only demonstrates immediate effectiveness against various troubles in activated sludge treatment but also resolves issues of thickening and clogging of biological film carriers, which were previously considered impossible, within a few days to 10 days. This exceptional rapid effectiveness has garnered high praise and astonishment. It can also suppress membrane fouling in MBR systems. The applicable concentration is usually below 1 mg/L (less than 1 kg for 1,000 m3 of wastewater). In other words, it works quickly and effectively with a small amount. Its application fields are diverse, including food, papermaking, and chemicals, with applicable wastewater volumes ranging from several tens of m3/day to 15,000 m3/day. In China, it has been recognized for its outstanding effectiveness in treating difficult-to-process wastewater, particularly the CODcr treatment of wastewater from chemical plants, and has been put into practical use in several locations to date. The Chinese government has certified it as an excellent wastewater treatment technology for PVC (polyvinyl chloride) manufacturing plants.
