This device simultaneously reproduces different temperature and humidity environments for indoor and outdoor conditions, allowing for the measurement of the performance and durability of building materials and other components. We design and manufacture temperature and humidity control systems, irradiation devices, rainfall devices, etc., according to your requirements. Additionally, we can accommodate large-scale devices that test entire structures and measure the performance of residential equipment. 【Features】 - Both "two-room type" for reproducing outdoor and indoor environments and "one-room type" for reproducing outdoor environments are available. - The outdoor chamber can control temperatures from -30 to +60 °C, capable of simulating harsh cold weather conditions. - The irradiation device can be either movable or fixed, both options are available. - The rainfall device can simulate heavy rain of up to 200 mm/h. - JIS A 4710 "Thermal Performance Testing of Building Components" can also be conducted. - Operation and control can be intuitively performed via a touch panel.

Weather conditions in cold regions can also be reproduced! Outdoor conditions can be temperature-controlled from -30 to +60 °C, allowing for the simulation of harsh outdoor temperatures in cold regions. Humidity can be controlled over a wide range of 20 to 80% RH, enabling environmental testing under various climate conditions. (We can also accommodate low humidity conditions in the range of 10 to 40 °C.) Additionally, the temperature and humidity control mechanism is designed for energy efficiency. (Note that the diagrams are examples. The range of temperature and humidity control may vary depending on specifications.)

We provide irradiation devices tailored to your desired specifications. We will design and prepare irradiation devices according to your requirements. ● Movable type … Can be removed from the device when not needed. Suitable for users who will use the device for a wide range of testing applications. ● Fixed type … The irradiation device is embedded and installed in the walls (and ceiling) of an outdoor environmental chamber. Suitable for users who primarily conduct irradiation tests. A rainfall device capable of reproducing heavy rain of 200mm/h has been designed and can be installed (based on performance data from a single-room type). Additionally, the floor is designed with a slope to ensure rapid drainage even when receiving such a large volume of water. Furthermore, it features a load-bearing structure suitable for the installation of test specimens using forklifts, as well as an insulated structure that prevents external condensation due to thermal conduction.
