Temperature and humidity cycling test machine for construction finishing materials [*Customizable*]
MIT-692-3-51/52 model
The direct circulation method maximally suppresses heat loss! Achieving testing with a stable temperature distribution.
The "Temperature Cycling Test Machine" for construction finishing materials adopts a "direct circulation method" that minimizes heat loss and ensures uniform temperature distribution. During the "cooling" cycle, stable cold air circulation is achieved by a cooler and fan installed in the test chamber. In the "immersion" cycle, constant temperature water from a water tank located at the bottom of the test chamber circulates, eliminating heat loss in the circulation path. Additionally, warm water returns to the water tank via "natural drop," resulting in an energy-saving design that reduces power consumption during circulation. It complies with JIS A 6909. *If you are considering a custom test, it is also possible to design and manufacture a dedicated testing machine! We will propose a testing machine that matches your company after discussions. 【Features】 ■ Large color touch panel (10 inches) for easy operation and settings! ■ The water tank lid opens from the top, making cleaning and maintenance inside the tank easy! ■ The "self-diagnosis function" ensures peace of mind during troubleshooting! ■ The "test time reservation function" allows for efficient test planning! *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog to view.

Applications/Examples of results
It can also be used for the "air-freezing water-thawing method" test in the "Test Method for Freeze-Thaw of Exterior Building Materials." As an application, "wet-dry cycling test" is also possible (optional). - JIS A 6909 "Finishing Coatings for Buildings - Temperature Cycling Test -" - JIS A 1435 "Test Method for Freeze-Thaw of Exterior Building Materials - Air-Freezing Water-Thawing Method -"
Detailed information
-
Design considering maintainability The motor for cold air circulation is external, making it less prone to troubles.
-
Space-saving types are also available. We have compact space-saving types that do not extend in front of the aquarium.
-
The operation is easy to understand with a touch panel! You can easily manage operations and test conditions from the touch panel. In the event of any trouble, the abnormal areas, as well as the causes and countermeasures, will be displayed on the touch panel, allowing you to address the issue immediately. It also automatically performs leakage checks and displays the leakage points.
