Using our independently developed vacuum plasma technology, we have made it possible to process powders that could previously only be handled in small quantities, now in kilogram units. Each batch is completed in approximately 30 minutes. By installing a supply device, automatic supply and retrieval becomes possible. We are currently developing a large-scale device capable of processing up to 20 kg. We improve the hydrophilicity and dispersibility of various powders, including resins, metals, and inorganic materials. We enhance the wettability of powders to develop new materials!

The device consists of a control unit and a processing chamber. The chamber capacity is approximately 20 kg, and the processing amount is up to 15 kg per batch (depending on the particle size and material). It features automatic weighing, automatic feeding, and automatic extraction. By inputting parameters, it is also possible to process everything automatically. Please let us know the particle size, material, and application. Simple tests can be conducted domestically. If the material can be modified in the form of sheets or standard molded products, most materials can be modified even in powder form.
