The Food Environment Hygiene Research Institute is conducting research to identify the origin of food using the latest equipment, ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry), and is working on creating a unique database that can accommodate various foods and origins. Furthermore, we are not only ensuring reliability through the identification of food origins but also conducting comprehensive food safety certification services, including component analysis, bacterial testing, and foreign substance and odor testing.
