A precision pressure heating device that uses a heated platen driven by a servo motor actuator, suitable for applications such as thermal bonding and thermal transfer molding.
This is a precision pressure heating device that can be used for various applications, such as setting a sheet-like workpiece between upper and lower platens and pressing it against a heated platen using a servo motor-driven linear actuator to thermally bond the workpiece, or for heat transfer molding by sandwiching a plate-shaped mold together. We offer two types: a compact tabletop series (10-50 kN) and a high-capacity floor-mounted type (100-400 kN). ■ Energy Saving - Automation of temperature changes during mold changes - Energy savings through rapid heating ■ CIM Compatibility - Communication with external computers or sequencers via RS485 - Remote control and monitoring capabilities ■ Comprehensive Protection Circuit and Abnormal Detection Functions - Heater and sensor disconnection detection, overcurrent cutoff - Equipped with SSR failure detection functions

Since its founding in 1934, Shinto Industries has focused on its casting business as a strong core, applying and expanding the technologies and know-how cultivated there into various non-casting fields of the material industry, continuously evolving. Shinto's manufacturing capabilities are recognized for their comprehensive strength as a plant engineering manufacturer that supports the manufacturing industry from behind the scenes, providing technologies that integrate "environment and safety" with "know-how" through the "three attractions plus alpha" of high-quality "machinery and equipment" that accumulates the latest technology, high-quality "projectiles, abrasives, and consumables" that maximize the performance of machinery and equipment, and "support for stable operations" that maintains high performance.
