- Issue The introduction of a silent rack allows for noise reduction while also achieving optimal airflow within the rack. However, if there are "local heat accumulations" around the rack or in the room, sufficient machine cooling cannot be achieved. This is particularly problematic in small booths separated by office partitions, where there is little escape for heat, leading to the creation of an "exhaust loop" where exhaust air circulates back to the machine's intake side. - Solution By extending the exhaust heat duct from the back of the silent rack, heat can be diffused throughout the entire floor without being discharged within the booth, thereby distributing the air conditioning load. This is a convenient heat diffusion system that does not require building construction.
