IK Tree Start
This product is a pre-embedded type stainless steel insert (pre-embedded anchor) that forms female threads in concrete products. The usage method involves fixing this product to the formwork with bolts before pouring the concrete, then pouring and curing the concrete. After that, the bolts and formwork are removed, completing the process. This will create female threaded holes on the concrete surface. The female threads formed in the concrete are mainly used for: - Lifting the concrete products themselves - Joining concrete products together - Or for attaching building hardware This product is primarily used in concrete precast product factories. Surface treatments are available in raw (non-plated) and electro-galvanized finishes.

The material used is deformed rebar SD295A SD345. It employs deformed rebar that adheres to concrete and is difficult to pull out. Furthermore, the rebar is press-formed to create a larger bulge, making it less likely to pull out of the concrete compared to standard deformed rebar. The screw diameters available are M12, M16, M20, M22, and M24. In cases where a large pull-out load is applied, passing D13 rebar (D10 for M12) through the hole in the pressed section will further enhance its resistance to pulling out of the concrete.
