The mold opening and closing is the same as in standard molding, occurring only once. The internal structure is rearranged to secure a two-material space within the mold. As a result, high cycle rates and excellent dimensional accuracy in molding are achievable. Typically, in rotational molding or DSI molding, the mold is opened and closed once, which can be affected by molding shrinkage due to external air.

Our company is equipped with a 650t two-color molding machine for prototyping. We have extensive experience in producing two-color molds using patented methods, as well as rotary two-color, core-back, and DSI two-color molds. We have a wide range of production experience, from general molds to special molds, including various products in the automotive, aerospace, home appliance, and miscellaneous goods sectors. We collaborate with Osaka to serve users nationwide. We also support the production of 3D models, inspection jigs, and prototyping/mass production molding (small lots), and we carry out machining of large parts over 1000mm using 5-axis machining machines.
