Settings can be changed using the operation buttons on the back of the unit or the included remote control. Additionally, it is equipped with a downscanning function that allows it to display video signals up to 1600x1200 (UXGA) when connected via VGA and up to 1080p when connected via HDMI, adjusting the display to fit the LCD screen.
