*Updated August 2016* We have opened a shop selling models of living creatures (ready-made products) from ExhiBits, which creates models from real 3D images. NVS SHOP http://shop.nvs.co.jp This is a service that produces various three-dimensional models and exhibits based on real 3D images obtained from devices such as X-ray CT. It is a new service that utilizes a new technology to create translucent three-dimensional models. The 3D images captured using expensive equipment have primarily been viewed on monitors or in printed materials. However, by creating models, we can expand the use cases for presentations, research presentations, exhibitions, education, advertising, and more, as well as newly utilize existing 3D images for various applications, which is expected to have a ripple effect across the entire field of 3D imaging. It is possible to model various materials, such as data from die-cast products with voids extracted and models visualizing the internal structure of LED bulbs.
