The "Baby Hoist" has been a beloved hanging small hoist at construction sites since its launch in 1979. In April 2015, it was reborn as the "Baby Hoist N Series" with a complete overhaul of the control unit, and thanks to your support, we have received even more inquiries than for the previous model. With electronic control, it allows for slow start and stop operations, minimizing load sway. **Features from the Conventional BH Series (Common)** ■ Slip Clutch During lifting, if an impact load is applied, such as when the load catches on a structure, the mechanical slip clutch mechanism activates to protect the main body. ■ Over-winding Prevention Limit Before the hook pushes up against the main body due to excessive winding, it automatically stops at the upper limit, preventing wire breakage, load dropping, and malfunctions. ■ Reverse Winding Prevention Limit If the wire rope becomes tangled on the drum or if excessive unwinding causes reverse winding, the limit activates and stops automatically. (Reverse winding is very dangerous as it causes the brake to become ineffective.) ■ Load Swing Prevention A sheave is attached at the wire exit to improve the wire's responsiveness in the load direction, preventing lateral swinging of the load, which is common in wire hoists. ■ Brake System A dual brake system combining our unique mechanical brake and electronic control brake. ■ Support Hook The upper hook allows for single-point suspension and can rotate in all directions. ■ Low Noise Due to the use of helical gears, the machine operates efficiently and quietly. ■ Lightweight (Aluminum Used) *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.*
