This is a next-generation function tester that integrates the previous functional testing machine (operational guarantee) and image inspection machine. In addition to functional testing (operational guarantee) of the workpiece, it controls display items such as LCDs with simulated signals and automatically inspects the displayed images and text using a camera. The functional test examines the operational guarantee of the workpiece (voltage measurement, frequency counting, load, flash writing, and display of items such as LCDs and segments). The image inspection determines the presence, color differences, pattern differences, and ON/OFF status of display items (images, patterns, colors), segments, characters, and numbers on the LCD. ☆ Advantages of our function tester ● By consistently handling system design, mechanical design, electrical design, software (PC, sequencer) design, assembly, and wiring in-house, we can achieve low costs and short delivery times. ● We have significantly reduced costs and accelerated measurement times by modularizing the measuring instruments necessary for functional testing and developing our own measurement boards without purchasing them.
