■ Features - It is a two-layer structured fiber fabric that excels in heat resistance, chemical resistance, and flame retardancy. High-strength materials can be selected according to the application, including PPS, PEEK, and PPSU. - The PFA surface achieves a low friction coefficient without lubrication and exhibits high release properties. The friction coefficient of the PFA surface is 0.11 (measured with the MUSE TYPE: 94i-II). - Thickness and length can be determined as desired (currently, the maximum width is 110mm). - It can be proposed as a stabilizer for automotive windows, as a release sheet for molding materials such as rubber, and for various sliding components. - When drilling or cutting, melting that part can reduce fraying of the fibers. - Impregnation with thermosetting resins such as polyimide is also performed.
