Construction of a Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) using an 800-degree horizontal machining center. With a combination of a 60-face pallet and three machining centers, long hours of unmanned operation enable mass production. Utilizing multi-face pallets also allows for the handling of urgent items. For lathe processing, we have two NC turning machines and six NC lathes, capable of processing up to approximately Φ1100.
