The light guide plate mold processing and nanoimprint mold processing technology for shaping are capable of achieving sharp shapes with grooves and ridges both under 1μm by using processing machines with nanometer-order precision under appropriate environmental conditions (23±0.05°C) for vibration, temperature, and humidity.
