The photo shows a product shaped like the insert rotor's tiny gear (with 6 teeth) of an analog quartz wristwatch. Using a magnetic automatic supply device, magnets are set into the mold before magnetization, and insert molding is performed. By fully automating the process, we have achieved mass production of over 100,000 units per month. Additionally, we have manufactured our own production equipment, including precision molds, magnetic automatic supply devices, and automatic inspection machines for magnet breakage.
