basic information
This is a part that holds the lens of the optical pickup. It is a model that can accommodate two objective lenses to support both Blu-ray and DVD. The molding material is LCP (liquid crystal polymer). Hakkai's greatest strength lies in its consistent approach from mold design and manufacturing to mass production molding. "By comparing and verifying the data from flow analysis simulations with actual molding, we have dramatically improved the accuracy of flow analysis simulations." The lens holder in the photo has addressed the following issues by utilizing high-precision flow analysis simulations: - Ensured strength by controlling the occurrence of welds based on flow analysis, addressing the low weld strength, which is a drawback of LCP resin. - Minimized deformation due to anisotropy to meet a dimensional tolerance of 0.01mm. - Reduced dimensional variation for each cavity and each lot to prevent defects during mass production.
