Simple visualization of plasma treatment effects: New lineup of plasma indicator TMPLAZMARK with heat resistance of 200°C.
The Plasma Indicator TM (Product Name: PLAZMARK) has been well received since its launch two years ago as an evaluation tool that easily visualizes the effects of plasma treatment. Our product lineup has been gradually expanded to include "O2 (oxygen) cleaning," "heat-resistant labels," "Ar (argon) cleaning," and "atmospheric pressure plasma," depending on the process and usage environment. This time, we are launching a new lineup of PLAZMARK "heat-resistant" products, featuring a high-sensitivity discoloration type (Model No. 101) that has been highly requested. 【Features】 ■ Achieves high discoloration sensitivity. ■ Retains the characteristics of existing products. basic information
■ Achieves high discoloration sensitivity. Compared to the current lineup product (model number: No.102 low sensitivity product), it achieves 1.5 to 2 times the sensitivity. The figure below shows the change in color difference of the indicator in relation to plasma treatment time, and it can be seen that it changes significantly in a short time compared to the current product (No.102). (A color difference meter is required separately to quantify the discoloration degree on the vertical axis of the graph.) ■ Retains the features of the current product. - Heat resistance: 200°C - The substrate is polyimide film, which provides flexibility, and with the adhesive layer, it can be easily attached to the desired measurement location, even on three-dimensional objects or curved surfaces.
