Covers processing diameters from φ4 to φ50, with a processing length of up to 300mm (350mm). If conditions are met, processing is possible up to a maximum of 350mm. The target products are hydraulic components and high-pressure pump parts that require high precision with processing lengths of 200L to 350L. The spindle section adopts a double slide mechanism for both main and sub, enabling long-length processing while also achieving compactness of opposing machinery. Additionally, control is achieved using a G-type head, realizing high efficiency and energy savings. This double slide mechanism also allows for the use of standard short tools, making it suitable for small-batch production of various types. The photo shows G50L-MM1. Depending on the processing length and conditions, the maximum speed may not be achievable, and the processable length may also be limited by the required processing precision.
