Covers processing diameters from φ3 to φ40 with a processing length of 80mm (F25G model) and from φ4 to φ100 with a processing length of 130mm (F50G model). Thanks to its cell machine design, it allows for "add-ons" that increase the amount of material removed and shorten processing time, enabling adjustments and repurposing after equipment delivery, making it a honing machine unlike any other. Additionally, this model (optional) can perform match honing based on data obtained after external diameter measurement. It features a synchronized stone expansion function that stabilizes surface roughness according to stroke, and an automatic stone extension function that completes the stone extension process with the push of a button. When combined with measurement management software, it allows for detailed analysis through aggregation of measurement results and graphing capabilities. The photo shows the F25G-M4DR. Due to processing length and conditions, the maximum speed may not be achievable, and the length that can be processed is also limited by the required processing accuracy.
