Control oscillation by switching multiple transducers with a single ultrasonic oscillator!
iQ-MPC Multi-Point Ultrasonic Oscillation Control Unit
Up to 16 oscillators can be switched and controlled by a single oscillator!
■Patent-Acquired Multi-Point Ultrasonic Oscillation Control Unit■ The Duquesne MPC unit was developed to control multiple ultrasonic vibration units with a single oscillator. The MPC unit, utilizing U.S. patent technology (#7,225,965), allows for individual oscillation control of multiple vibration units by switching them from the device PLC in combination with Duquesne's unique external control feature, iQ-LinQ. Unlike conventional technology, where ultrasonic oscillators and transducers had to be one-to-one, the use of the MPC unit enables multiple welding and riveting at different locations with a single oscillator. ■Up to 16 Transducers Can Be Connected■ A single MPC unit can connect up to 16 transducers, allowing for multi-point riveting and multi-point spot welding on large parts. This significantly reduces costs by decreasing the number of oscillators required for such equipment.

basic information
■Patent Technology Considering Safety■ - It cannot be used with inappropriate settings or incorrect power voltage. - With the switching of oscillators via binary signals, multiple oscillators will not be selected simultaneously. - A safety circuit design that prevents switching during oscillation. - If the error monitoring circuit detects a short in the internal relay coil, it will result in an error and cease operation. - If a communication anomaly occurs with the PLC, and the normal oscillation control state is lost, the internal automatic stop circuit will activate and automatically stop oscillation after a certain period of time. ■Determine System Status by LED Color■ The system status and the state of the selected oscillator can be easily determined by the color of the LED. ■Compatible with All Frequencies and Outputs■ The MPC unit is compatible with all frequencies and output levels of Duquesne oscillators.
