Our self-developed inspection software is tailored to the inspection of your products with detailed numerical settings. We implement thorough measures against false detections caused by variations in illumination levels during high-speed transport of translucent or milky white workpieces. The image comparison range with the inspection master image allows for the specification of inspection areas in circular, rectangular, and other complex shapes, enabling flexible mask settings. Areas that require focused inspection and those to be excluded from inspection can be registered and operated by product type. *Inline measurement for dimensional measurement is subject to consultation based on measurement items and processing speed.
