[Yagimite Processing] ○ Under special electrolytic conditions, a new layer approximately 1μm thick is formed on the surface of the anodized film, ensuring ultra-corrosion resistance. [Anodizing Processing] ○ A uniform aluminum oxide film is generated on the surface of the aluminum material, ensuring corrosion resistance and wear resistance. [Noble Metal Plating (Re-plating)] ○ After chemically cleaning the contacts of semiconductor inspection equipment, a plating film is formed to ensure conductivity and wear resistance.
