Although it is designed for small batch production, its structure does not compromise on stirring and defoaming power compared to other sizes. Therefore, if you are considering a production machine from the development stage, you can directly transfer the conditions established with this machine to other sizes for consideration.

Vacuum stirring allows for stirring and degassing to be performed in a single process, reducing the number of work steps compared to using propeller stirring or three-roll mills. As a result, it is possible to stir high-viscosity pastes and semi-solid materials in a short time. ◆Material stirring while directly cooling the cup It is possible to equip a "cup cooling mechanism" (additional cost applies). Forced blowing of dry ice powder at -79°C suppresses the heat generated by stirring. *The in-house demo unit of a separate product, "High-Rotor HR020-04V," is equipped with the "cup cooling mechanism." ◆Low price The "High-Rotor" series is completely produced in-house, achieving high cost performance.
