The "EBAKI Horizontal Cutter Slicer" is a machine that can instantly cut chicken breast and tenderloin placed on a conveyor into horizontal slices by passing them through a "multi-layer horizontal knife" that can hold up to ten blades with a thickness of approximately 0.5mm. It is capable of not only thin slicing but also butterfly cuts (opening). The sliced chicken breast and tenderloin are ideal for uses such as chicken shabu and chicken katsu. Since the thickness of the meat is uniform, it becomes easier to reprocess into specific sizes for portioning or small cuts. The knives and conveyor can be washed with water, and disassembly and assembly for cleaning are easy. The main body of the machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch, and it is designed to automatically stop when the cover of the knife section is opened during operation, ensuring comprehensive safety measures.

The "EBAKI Horizontal Cutter Slicer" comes in 1 to 3 lane types, and since each lane operates independently at the same speed, various sizes can be cut simultaneously (with limitations). For both the 1 to 3 lane types, the maximum width of meat that can be cut is 135mm, and the maximum height is 65mm. The processing capacity is up to 1000kg per hour for the 1 lane type, 2000kg for the 2 lane type, and 3000kg for the 3 lane type, varying depending on cutting thickness and material conditions.
