By applying mold coating, sufficient release properties can be obtained without the use of release agents, leading to improved productivity, cost reduction from eliminating release agents, maintenance of a clean working environment, and reduced maintenance efforts. We can process various molds, including rubber belt molds, rubber sole molds, and various resin molding molds, from palm-sized to heavy molds. Please check the differences with release agents using our mold coating. ◆ Inquiries ◆ When making an inquiry, it would be helpful to provide the following information for a smoother process: 1. Properties of the substrate to be coated (material, shape, size, etc.) 2. Purpose of coating (e.g., non-stick, chemical resistance, slip properties, etc.) 3. Usage conditions (e.g., temperature, chemicals, wear conditions, etc.) *If possible, providing drawings would be helpful for estimating purposes.
