In 2015, our company installed two latest model balance correction machines manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation. The new machines are fully digitalized and capable of high-speed computation. They can extract the signals of rotating bodies with high precision in a short time. The imbalance is displayed clearly on a liquid crystal monitor. Additionally, they are equipped with an auto-calibration function that was not available in our previous measurement systems, ensuring stable performance over a long period. We will provide a quotation after detailed discussions.

■ The workpieces that can be corrected with the new Machine No. 1 are: Maximum workpiece diameter: 1,500mm, maximum distance between bearings: approximately 2,000mm Weight range: approximately 10kg to 1 ton (with equal weight on both bearings) ■ The workpieces that can be corrected with the new Machine No. 2 are: Maximum workpiece diameter: 355mm, distance between bearings: 60 to 1,870mm Test rotation speed: 700 to 3,600 min-1 Weight range: 0.3 to 30kg (with equal weight on both bearings) Please note that whether two-sided correction is possible depends on the shape of the workpiece, so we kindly ask you to consult us for details.
