Achieving both excellent machine precision and durability! It is now possible to forge extremely small and short parts, which was difficult with conventional finger transport.
The "MH/MF Series" is a micro header/micro former developed for the production of extremely small and short parts that require particularly high precision. It features a unique fingerless transfer system called the "Slide Die Shift Mechanism," which transports the blanks by horizontally sliding the die block. To accommodate various applications, the material diameters range from φ0.5 to φ7.0, and the forging processes are available from 1D2B to 4D5B. 【Features】 ■ Adopts a cutting method using a bush cutter ■ Incorporates the slide die shift mechanism ■ The ram slider uses a clearance adjustment guide method with a taper liner ■ All mold changes and fine adjustments can be operated from the operator's side ■ Achieves efficient setup work *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
