Conducted design and development of discharge functions that utilize the surface tension of propellants such as hydrazine, MMH, MON, NTO, and ADN to supply propellant to engines and thrusters in microgravity and zero-gravity conditions.

We design and develop PMDs (Pressure Management Devices) that meet requirements based on usage conditions, ranging from those utilizing wire mesh to those using sheet metal (vanes). We carry out everything from the individual design and development of PMDs to the overall design and development of propellant tanks equipped with PMDs.

The Advanced Technology Research Institute is an engineering company that supports space development and utilization, including rockets and artificial satellites, in Japan and around the world. We conduct a wide range of activities from the design and development of space systems, subsystems, and components for satellites and rockets, both small and large, to the sale of overseas space equipment.
