Algeid is a thick plate of 5052 aluminum alloy that significantly improves flatness and thickness tolerance compared to JIS standard products, achieving a reduction in residual stress. Compared to previous Algeid products, flatness and thickness accuracy have been further enhanced, and the product thickness has been expanded from the conventional 50mm to 100mm. This contributes to reduced machining time, decreased distortion relief annealing after processing, and a significant improvement in yield.
