The founding body of Touei New Energy Development is the "General Incorporated Foundation Zange Hoshi Kosenrin," which established Wago Farm in Ninan City, Miyazaki Prefecture, in 1966. Currently, the facility is undergoing renovations, and the "Earth Appreciation Bell," established to express gratitude to the Earth, along with the world's only seven Moai statues recognized by the Chilean government and the Easter Island Chief Council, welcome visitors at the park facility known as Sun Messe Ninan.
