**Features of Ishiyama Screw Co., Ltd.** - Capable of handling various materials such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and resin with NC composite lathes, NC lathes, and machining. - Supports complete products including various plating, heat treatment, and painting. - In NC composite lathes, all processing is possible from approximately φ1 to φ32, including holes from the side, male threads, and D-cuts. - In NC lathes, processing is possible up to approximately φ300. → Machining after NC lathe processing is also performed in-house. - Gear processing is also available. → Non-catalog products can be accommodated in about 1 to 2 weeks. - Numerous partner factories for hexagonal holes, wire cutting, electrical discharge machining, and polishing (cylindrical, flat, centerless). - Data can be attached using a three-dimensional measuring instrument.
