Mirror film (aluminum vapor-deposited PET film) is bonded to a resin board using adhesive lamination. The biggest feature is that, since it is adhesive, various core materials can be selected as long as the conditions are met. MP-HC (Hard Coated Mirror Type) The surface is coated to withstand general maintenance such as wiping with a cloth, achieving a surface hardness of pencil hardness H (measured value). It is ideal for cases where long-term use is expected, such as for everyday goods.

We manufacture adhesive-backed aluminum vapor-deposited mirror film. The reflectivity is 80% (measured at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology). The surface hardness of the coating is rated H on the pencil hardness scale (measured at the City Industrial Research Institute). Size: 910×1820 mm. *There may be variations depending on the material manufacturer and lot. Supported core materials and thicknesses: PET resin: 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm PVC resin: 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm Acrylic resin: 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm PC resin: 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm HIPS resin: only 1.8 mm *Due to the coating, it may be difficult for standard printing inks to adhere. Our partner companies have confirmed adhesion with 1-2 colors using silk screen printing. Please feel free to inquire. The material of the surface mirror film is PET film.
