They wanted to improve work efficiency somehow. ↓ 【Proposal from Highmex】 Highmex, which has been pursuing the themes of lightweight, precise rotation, and long lifespan in air shafts for many years, developed a uniquely structured air shaft called the Air Capsule. It features strong clamping force while being lightweight. Compared to conventional lug-type tube models, it achieves approximately 50% weight reduction (with the same material). ↓ 【Solution/Results】 They successfully improved work efficiency significantly compared to before, which also led to a reduction in overall work time in the process.

Case 2: Hi-Lock (Core Chuck by Haimex) - Customer: Printing Manufacturer 【Customer's Challenge】 The core part of the tapered cone currently in use generates dust quickly. This has been hindering product operation and reducing productivity. They were looking for a core that generates less dust. ↓ 【Proposal from Haimex】 We proposed the Hi-Lock, a shaft-less type that can be used as an alternative to the tapered cone. This product uses ultra-wear-resistant urethane rubber, allowing it to grip the inner diameter without damaging the core, making it possible to operate with less dust generation. ↓ 【Solution/Results】 Compared to the previous core, the dust generation issue has significantly improved, and productivity has increased. Additionally, due to its design that places less burden on the core, it has a longer lifespan.
