The "Freshness Keeper," which maintains the freshness of fish by washing them with ultra-fine bubble cold saltwater, mixes oxygen generated by an oxygen generation device with saltwater supplied from the bottom of a circulating water tank, passing it under pressure through the main body, the Ramond Nano Mixer® (mixing unit). By mixing water and gas using the patented Ramond Nano Mixer, ultra-fine bubbles are generated. Additionally, the saltwater is cooled to an appropriate temperature for freshness preservation (below 4°C) using a refrigeration unit. ◆ Valuable Product Sales It suppresses the quality deterioration of fresh fish and enhances product value. ◆ Gaining Customer Trust We can provide high-freshness products to customers consistently, regardless of supply conditions. ◆ Improving Store Management Efficiency It helps reduce losses from clearance items and downgrades, contributing to efficient operational processes.
