【Function Description】 ○ The suction powder drawn by the bug filter enters the filter casing and is decelerated. ○ Coarse powder settles by gravity due to collision with the baffle plate. ○ Only fine powder is filtered on the outer surface of the filter. ○ Clean air is exhausted from the exhaust outlet outside the filter casing. ○ Dust adhering to the filter filtration surface is removed by jet air from a built-in venturi nozzle pulse jet device on the clean side, leaving an appropriate powder filtration layer (primary layer) while dislodging the adhered powder. ○ The pulse jet air is sequentially injected at user-defined intervals from a dedicated MJ nozzle for each filter row via a mounting controller. ● For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
