The "GHP Series" aims to achieve "low cost" and "reduced lead time" for high productivity by enhancing the performance of the spindle and drive systems, as well as developing a new horizontal 5-axis machining center with distinctive characteristics in its swivel axis configuration. [Features] ■ Equipped with a powerful spindle that has a rotation speed of 30,000 min-1, output of 120 kW, and torque of 83 N·m, utilizing an oil jacket system to suppress thermal displacement in the spindle drive and motor. ■ High-speed specifications with feed rates of 60 m/min and 1G high acceleration and deceleration, enabling faster feed rates. ■ By configuring the swivel axis of the horizontal machining center as an A/B axis (gimbal structure head), it produces smooth motion for complex-shaped aircraft component workpieces, achieving high-speed machining. ■ Minimizes thermal effects on aluminum workpieces through a horizontal machining center with excellent chip evacuation.
